Event Details

New Ventures Maine, in partnership with AARP, will be holding a discussion for those in the 50+ community looking to explore their self-employment options. In the words of AARP:

"For many older adults, self-employment can mean more flexibility and independence. For others, it's a way to earn extra income that helps them make ends meet. If you've ever thought about starting your own business, picking up gig work, or becoming an independent contractor, it could be time for you to take the next step."

No registration required. Can't make it? Another event will be held November 18, 2025, 10am-2pm!
