Event Details
Celebrate the release of Gail Donovan's new middle-grade novel, Sparrow, Always, in the Children's Library. Gail will be joined by Clifford, a future guide dog with Guiding Eyes! At this event, you can:
- Listen to the author read from Sparrow, Always, the 3rd book in her Sparrow series.
- Visit with Clifford, a 6-month yellow Lab, and his puppy-raiser, Sherry Baron from Guiding Eyes. Attendees can learn all about raising a puppy with a purpose.
- Make a craft: kitty-cat bookmarks
- Purchase a copy of Sparrow, Always from PRINT: A Bookstore for the author to sign.
Good to know: readers of all ages are welcome to attend this event. The reading will take place shortly after 2 PM and will be followed by activities. Priority seating will go to children. Please contact the library if you have any questions.
