All PPL Locations and Book Drops will be closed for the holiday. Book Drops will reopen at all locations Tuesday. There are no fees for materials returned late.

Looking to make some unique, playful or silly art this winter? Drop by the Teen Library to explore a few different DIY forms of puppet art, featuring one of Portland's local puppet artists: Josie Colt! This program is free and no experience with puppetry or art is necessary. Registration is suggested but not required.
