Event Details
Six 3rd through 5th-grade Palaver Music Center students will share what they are working on with live performances at community organizations situated on Palaver’s neighborhood block. Their performance at PPL will take place in the Lewis Gallery.
About: The Palaver Music Center (PMC) seeks to generate a love of music, foster creativity, and hold space for dialogue between people from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Opened by Palaver Strings in 2019, PMC offers Early Childhood Music Classes, private string instrument lessons, and songwriting workshops to hundreds of students each year from infancy to adulthood. By operating on a flexible income-based tuition model and teaching at our transit-accessible teaching space downtown, we make our programs accessible to students of diverse backgrounds.
