Event Details
Portland Bach Experience presents Carnival Concert, a free street-fair-style community celebration featuring local arts organizations and eateries. This event, held on the Reiche Elementary School playground, is designed to give all Portlanders access to the arts. The Bookmobile will be there for you to come in and check out all that we have to offer. You can also sign up for a library card!
