Event Details
Level Up Your Future with this fun career exploration series at the Downtown Children's Library. Older kids and younger teens will meet community members with high-interest jobs: professional soccer players, game developers, journalists, and more. Each session will feature Q&A and activities related to the featured career. Check back here or contact the Children's Library for an updated list of special guests.
This program is designed for kids age 8-14. Caregivers are welcome to join us.
Featured guests:
- July 8: Game designer and developer of Peace Island
- July 22: Players from Portland Hearts of Pine Soccer Club
- Aug 5: Veterinary Technician from Maine Veterinary Medical Center
