Portland Public Health will be on-site in our new Community Resource Room offering free, drop-in testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis. Results are confidential and quick, and rapid local treatment referrals are available.

  • When: 2nd Wednesday of every month (Starting Feb 11, 2026)
  • Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Where: Portland Public Library's Community Resource Room
  • Details: Open to everyone 18+. No appointment or insurance needed.
